Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to love what you ordered from our store, but if something isn't right, we'll make it right. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style.

 

On The Minds Of Moms will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise if we are contacted via email within 14 days of you receiving item. To initiate your return, email info@onthemindsofmoms.com and we will send you the necessary Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be required to return merchandise. Please note that any merchandise returned without prior authorization and the appropriate RA# will not be accepted.

 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, less the original shipping cost. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. Additionally, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. RA# must be clearly printed on the outside of the parcel and return shipping address will be stated upon receipt of RA#. Exchanges for in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt at no charge for standard shipping and handling. If necessary, we will bill your credit card the appropriate charge for a difference in original merchandise price and the price of new merchandise being sent.

 

Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise or subscriptions to On The Minds Of Moms magazine.

 

Advertising Policy

 

General. Advertising with On The Minds Of Moms allows businesses to reach the mom market through its quarterly print publication and website. For all advertising inquiries, please email advertise@onthemindsofmoms.com.

 

Billing and Payment. On or about the newsstand date of the On The Minds Of Moms magazine, On The Minds Of Moms shall bill Advertiser for respective charges. All bills shall be conclusively presumed to be correct unless written objection stating the exact nature or any error in the bill is delivered to On The Minds Of Moms within 10 days of the date on the bill. Payment on any bill as rendered or corrected shall be rendered to On The Minds Of Moms on or before the l5th of the month in which the bill is submitted. If payment has been made via credit card processing and a partial or full refund is necessary, said respective refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

 

Liability. The Advertiser agrees that if war, an act of God, or of a government agency, change in monetary standard, shortage of newsprint, production problems, or other extraordinary circumstances render performance of this agreement by Publisher a hardship or onerous Publisher shall have the right to cancel this agreement without penalty. The Advertiser agrees that On The Minds Of Moms shall not be liable, nor shall this contract be subject to termination for any loss or damage sustained by the Advertiser resulting from typographical errors, wrong insertions or omissions in whole or in part.
